The Holland America Chamber (HAC) is a private non-governmental organization (NGO) dedicated to continuing and further advancing over 200 years of uninterrupted trade relations between the Netherlands (a.k.a. Holland) and the United States of America. The Holland America Chamber is a registered division of Exclusively European, Inc. EE, Inc Est. 1982

The HAC is not affiliated with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce in the United States located in New York City and or The Hague, (Den Haag) in the Netherlands. We are a for profit organization with multi-lingual staff, over 25 years of hands-on experience. Management is Dutch born, fluent in 'Nederlands' with extensive comprehension of Dutch and American cultures.

Privacy Policy

Personally Identifiable Information: HAC gathers personally identifiable information (name, e-mail address, etc.) and/or demographic data (zip code, interests, etc.) that you submit when you: 1) contact us or request a proposal, 2) complete a survey, 3) register for a promotion, contest, or sweepstakes, 4) sign-up for our mailing list, or 5) send us an e-mail. This information may be gathered through both on-line and off-line means. We may use this information to process and maintain your account, compile demographic statistics about our users, and display to you information that matches your interests and profile.

Web Traffic Data: HAC servers gather industry standard information (domain, IP address, referrer, browser used, etc.) via Web server traffic logs. From time-to-time, HAC will analyze these logs to better understand the traffic patterns of our site visitors. We use this data to better understand how our site is being used which helps us upgrade it appropriately for increased ease-of-use and functionality.

E-mail Communications: To help us make e-mails more useful and interesting, we often receive a confirmation when you open e-mail from us if your computer supports such capabilities. We also compare our user lists to lists received from other companies, in an effort to avoid sending unnecessary messages to you. If you do not want to receive e-mail or other mail from us, please make a request to our database administrator (see below).

Cookies: Cookies are small bits of alphanumeric information that are placed and stored in your browser by our Web site. HACuses cookies to calculate unique visitor sessions, keep a continuous session state when you visit, and know if you have seen our Shockwave Flash introduction movie or not, for example.

Correct/Update/Remove: At anytime, you may request to have your information corrected, updated, or removed from our database.
